I am Colin Velten Vahrenhorst and I founded Vellinger in May 2026 in Halle (Westfalen), Germany. At many small companies I have seen the website built once and then left alone until it goes down. That is why I lead every conversation myself, build your website with experienced partners and stay responsible afterwards: I monitor it continuously, install updates and get back to you within one business day. Today I look after the websites of LadyClean, Scherlich Interieur Design and Pavel Gerätebau GmbH, among others.
To me, B2B does not mean business to business but person to person: I want to keep clients through good work, not through small print.

What managing directors ask us most often before the first conversation.
From €200 per month plus VAT, plus a one-time setup from €1,500, with a minimum term of 12 months. We send you your exact fixed price by email, no call needed: enter your website and email address in the “Price” section of the Websites page. Prefer to talk? Then we tell you in the free initial call. The base package covers up to 8 pages in one language and includes copy, design, migration, hosting in Germany, monitoring, updates, backups, vetted legal texts and at least 2 changes (up to 30 minutes each) per month, more depending on your package. More pages, a second language or other requests are also possible; the price depends on the scope.
Very little. We write the copy; you tell us in a conversation what your business does. From you we need your photos, access to your domain and old website, and your approvals. A preview link shows you the current state at any time.
After the initial call you get 3 drafts within 3 business days. Once you have decided, your website is online within 30 days. That is our commitment: if it takes longer, you pay no monthly fees for the waiting time. The condition is that you give us content and approvals within 3 business days each time.
Your website is hosted on servers in Germany. The domain is registered in your name and belongs to you from day one.
No. You get a website that runs without any effort on your part. We only use AI where it genuinely helps the process, and you do not have to learn or set up anything.
We stay responsible. We check every 5 minutes that your website is reachable, apply updates and backups, and handle at least 2 changes (up to 30 minutes each) per month, more depending on your package. We add your legal notice and privacy policy from vetted templates of a specialised provider and apply its updates. You have one fixed contact and get an answer by the next working day at the latest.
You keep your domain and your email addresses; we move both for you. Whether a specific program can be connected is something we check in the initial call, before we promise anything. If you want to automate workflows between your programs, we discuss that in the same call.
For mid-sized companies: businesses without their own IT department that do not want to maintain their website themselves. The package is not a fit for large online shops or companies with in-house IT. For small businesses and sole traders who prefer to design their website independently, we have our portal Vellinger Web (vellingerweb.com).
